This new orange wine from Biokult has a delicate orange-rosé color with good tannic structure and creamy body style. Tart acidity and bright citrus flavors combine for an energetic glass dripping with juicy grape goodness. This wine is unfiltered and may contain natural sediments. Certified Biodynamic. Cantina Puianello "Broletto" Lambrusco - Reggiano Lambrusco DOC - NV

Cantina Puianello's Broletto has a vibrant nose with violet and berry fruits. Fresh yet full-bodied and harmonic. It pairs well with typical dishes of Emilia-Romagna like pasta and meat dishes, cold cuts and cheese, as well as with cream and fruit-based desserts. At only 8.5% alcohol, Broletto is perfect as an aperitivo or brunch wine. Made with certified organic grapes. RS 43.2 g/L | Acidity 6.7 g/L

Izeta 'Iz' Basque Cider - DO Euskal Sagardoa - NV

From Izeta Sagardotegia, comes ‘Iz’ Basque Cider, an all organic, non-intervention cider. Fresh and funky, it shows aromas and flavors of the driest, crispest green apples, and a subtle Parmesan funk. Refreshing and absolutely dry, this cries out to be served with a wide variety of food. The D.O. Euskal Sagardoa denotes both quality and origin, and the gold foil top indicates the highest quality within the DO. Made with certified organic apples.
